CUPE BC members vote at a higher rate than the rest of the province. This means your colleagues at work in your community are turning out to vote in big numbers, voting consistently in every local election. You don't want to be left behind. We need to protect our voting record.
Help us protect our voting record by voting local. Thank you for voting.
As a CUPE BC member, you may be contacted by us after the local elections and asked about your experience.
From Vancouver to Prince George, from Terrace to Revelstoke, CUPE BC members in almost every community took the time to research all the candidates running in these local elections. They looked at where all the candidates stand on important issues.
After extensive research, they created a list of endorsed candidates who will support smart investments to make the local community better, like better recreation centres, longer hours for libraries and smaller class sizes for our kids.
The other people who are running will cut back on these services. This will impact your local community.
That's why CUPE BC members, including the local presidents, will be voting for these endorsed candidates. We encourage you to join them.
